Secure Packaging
Carefully place the items in their original presentation box and secure them within a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly visible on the packing slip.
Shipping and Insurance
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a proof of postage for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists have inspected the returned items to ensure quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
